Watami Japanese Dining

About Us

Watami was established in mind to provide a comfortable and sophisticated dining experience at reasonable prices with friendly services. In pursue of our group slogan, “To collect the most ‘Thank You’ on the planet”, we take great pride in believing that we exist solely for the customers. To provide an enjoyable and casual taste of Japanese delicacies for customers outside Japan, Watami Group’s business expansion began in different parts of Asia, starting from Hong Kong.

“Watami” is derived from the founder’s name, Watanabe, which signifies for people to gather in harmony. Today, Watami has more than 600 restaurants in Asia, with 4 shops established in Singapore. With the introduction of Ishokuya concept – “dining oriented bar”, diners can enjoy a wide array of Japanese food while enjoying their sake and shochu in a relaxing atmosphere.
